Before you book
Booking, deposit & cancellation policy
We are a small three-room bed and breakfast. Because each reservation is important to us, we kindly ask guests to review our booking policies before confirming their stay.
Reservations
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
- Reservations are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
Deposit
- A deposit equal to one night’s stay is charged at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due at check-in.
Cancellations
- Cancellations have a significant impact on our business. We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to be fair.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival receive a full refund of any deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are refundable only if we are able to rebook your room for the same dates. If the room cannot be rebooked, the guest is responsible for the cost of the reservation.
- No-shows and early departures are non-refundable

Outside the door
Trails, lakes, and a lot of sky
Follow the property trail through twenty-seven acres of Cariboo stillness — or venture out to Farwell Canyon, Barkerville, and the trail-laced hills around Williams Lake.
Right now the hills are greening up, and the beautiful balsam roots are flowering — nice temperatures to be out on the trails. Right now the raspberries are coming on in Steve's garden, and the trails are dry and fast — long evenings, warm lakes. Right now the birch and poplars are turning gold and the mornings come in crisp — the best riding of the year, most say. Right now the trails are snowed in and quiet, perfect for a winter hike — the fire is on, and breakfast runs a little longer than it should.
